The grand interaction program on “Chief Minister Dialogue: Improving Education and Future Perspectives” organized by Principal Association Nepal (PAN) Madhesh at Janakpurdham has been successfully completed. In this program, more than 350 principals from 8 districts of Madhesh province had an enthusiastic participation.

Chief Guest Hon’ble Chief Minister Satish Kumar Singhjiu had direct dialogue with principals across the state presented various initiatives, policies, and implementation perspectives of education improvement. His inspiring thoughts have provided new energy and perspective to seek solutions to current challenges in the education sector.

Program president Sanjay Kumar Jhajiu encouraged the responsibility of principals to play leadership role in education sector more effective. The active presence of distinguished guests Education Minister Rani Sharma Tiwari, PAN’s Central President Sudam Gautam, program coordinator education journalist Prakriti Adhikari, Janakpur Sub-metropolitan Mayor Manoj Kumar Sahaji, education expert Gyani Yadav, PAN Secretary Begbahadur Thapaji, and other distinguished personalities made the program more fruitful.

Such interactive programs assure to build up plans necessary to improve the education system, strengthen partnerships at the regional level, and enable schools to provide quality education.

The Principal’s Association Nepal commits to contribute to the development of leadership roles in the education sector and expansion of quality education by organizing such programs in the future. This program was extremely inspiring, encouraging and a guide for the future for all participants.
