Empowering Educators for a Brighter Future
The Teacher Training Program held at Arniko Secondary School on March 18 (Chaitra 5) was successfully completed with enthusiastic participation from dedicated educators across the region. The program brought together teachers committed to enhancing their professional skills and adopting modern, student-centered approaches to language teaching.
Participants actively engaged in hands-on sessions covering visual literacy, formative assessment, creative writing, and interactive classroom strategies. The training created a collaborative learning environment where teachers shared experiences, explored innovative techniques, and strengthened their teaching practices.
The event was organized by the Principals’ Association of Nepal (PAN) with the support of the Regional English Language Office (RELO). It was honored by the presence of distinguished guests including Mr. Ratna Bahadur Katuwal, Education Chief of Suryabinayak Municipality, as Chief Guest; Mr. Mahendra Shrestha, President of PAN Bhaktapur, as Chairman; and other guests .
We were also privileged to have the presence of respected PAN Central and Province level members such as Ms. Manju Basnet and Mr. Chandra Prasad Mainali.
From the traditional watering in the plant ceremony to the closing session, the program marked a significant step toward professional development and the promotion of effective, student-centered learning in Suryabinayak. Together, we continue to move forward in shaping a better future for education.
उज्ज्वल भविष्यका लागि शिक्षक सशक्तिकरण
चैत ५ गते अरणिको को माध्यमिक विद्यालयमा आयोजित शिक्षक तालिम कार्यक्रम क्षेत्रभरिका समर्पित शिक्षकहरूको उत्साहजनक सहभागितासहित सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न भयो। यस कार्यक्रममा शिक्षकहरूलाई आफ्नो पेशागत दक्षता अभिवृद्धि गर्न तथा विद्यार्थी केन्द्रित आधुनिक शिक्षण विधि अपनाउन प्रेरित गरिएको थियो।
सहभागीहरूले दृश्य साक्षरता, निर्माणात्मक मूल्याङ्कन, सिर्जनात्मक लेखन तथा अन्तरक्रियात्मक कक्षाकोठा व्यवस्थापन जस्ता विषयमा व्यवहारिक अभ्यासमा सक्रिय सहभागिता जनाए। तालिमले अनुभव आदानप्रदान, नयाँ विधि सिक्ने र शिक्षण क्षमतामा सुधार गर्ने अवसर प्रदान गर्यो।
उक्त कार्यक्रम प्रिन्सिपल्स एसोसिएसन अफ नेपाल (PAN) को आयोजनामा तथा रिजनल इङ्ग्लिस ल्याङ्ग्वेज अफिस (RELO) को सहयोगमा सम्पन्न भएको हो। कार्यक्रममा सूर्यविनायक नगरपालिकाका शिक्षा प्रमुख श्री रत्न बहादुर कटुवाल प्रमुख अतिथि, PAN भक्तपुरका अध्यक्ष श्री महेन्द्र श्रेष्ठ अध्यक्ष तथा RELO का प्रतिनिधि अतिथिका रूपमा उपस्थित हुनुहुन्थ्यो।
त्यसैगरी PAN Central Committee पदाधिकारी तथा सदस्यहरु श्री टिकाराम पाण्डे, श्रीमती मञ्जु बस्नेत, श्री चन्द्र प्रसाद मैनालीको समेत उपस्थिति रहेको थियो।
परम्परागत बृक्षमा पानी राखनें देखि समापन सत्रसम्म, यस कार्यक्रमले सूर्यविनायक क्षेत्रमा पेशागत विकास र प्रभावकारी विद्यार्थी केन्द्रित शिक्षण प्रवर्द्धनमा महत्वपूर्ण योगदान पुर्याएको छ। हामी सबै मिलेर शिक्षाको उज्ज्वल भविष्य निर्माणतर्फ अगाडि बढिरहेका छौं
